Day 42.
During the lockdown, I tried to get more vitamin C for better immune system. I constantly stocked my fridge with golden kiwifruit and mandarin, which is, thankfully, in the season at the moment. I love golden kiwifruit and as long as it’s seedless, I don’t mind with mandarin. Just can’t be bothered.
I usually made myself a Golden Turmeric Latte, an easy recipe, mix turmeric powder, cinnamon, milk and a dash of black pepper.
But really, I got lazier and lazier each day and in the last couple of weeks, I had Quarterpast‘s Turmeric Lemon Ginger & Honey Infusion at night. Things just can’t get easier. Just pour hot water, and it’s a good option if you’re craving something sweet at night. I’m not that into ginger but if it’s just a hint, I can live with it.
