Day 43.
It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order for FOOD52 Genius Dessert cookbook.
Ever since I watch their Youtube channel, I fell in love with the idea. Apparently, Kristen Miglore, the genius behind the Genius Cookbook series, scouted out and rigorously tested recipes from the most trusted dessert experts, finding over 100 of their standouts. Each recipe shines in a different way and teaches you something new, whether it’s how to use unconventional ingredients (like Sunset’s whole orange cake), how to make the most of brilliant methods (roasted sugar from Stella Parks), or how to embrace stunning simplicity (Dorie Greenspan’s three-ingredient cookies).
So, she did all the sweat and hard work, to curated the fail-proof recipes (I supposed). All in one book.
I was interested in the Genius Recipes book as well, but since they’re quite pricey, I’ll get it another time.
Can’t help not to keep peeking on my mailbox!
