Every year, Wellingtonian celebrate the end of winter by having a burger battle. Sponsored by Visa, they call it Visa Wellington on a Plate. It’s the ultimate food festival, bringing together a variety of ingredients that combine to create a culinary programme to satisfy all appetites! Participating restaurants, bars, and food trucks are providing their own exclusive menus featuring foods, beverages, and desserts that showcase the unique tastes and flavors these eateries offer so you can enjoy burgers, cocktails, and festival dishes that you won’t find anywhere else.
But for me, the burger battle has to be conquered.
